What are your sizes like?

Our sizing is very similar to Nike and Adidas. Refer to our SIZE GUIDE for specific measurements. We have a helpful instruction video, which shows you how to measure your waist and hips. If you are still not sure, send us an email at  support@piba-leggings.com and we will help out!

 

How do I know if my order has gone through?

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an automatic sales confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address that you provided upon checkout. 

 

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via DHL. Delivery will take up to 10 business days (5-8 business days for Australian orders). Depending on geographic proximity and the reliability of the national postal service, delivery may take longer for some countries.

If you would like us to express post your parcel, please send an email to support@piba-leggings.comand we will provide you with a quote. 

Note that for pre-orders, an expected shipment date is noted at the top of the product page on our website. This is the date that we expect to dispatch your order. Delivery will then take up to 10 business days as noted above.

 

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an automatic email containing your DHL tracking number starting 'HKAQA.' If you click on the link in the email, all DHL tracking updates will be displayed.

When you click on the above link and input your tracking number, you will see a 'Tracking ID' on the right hand side of the page that starts with 'LW,' 'LX' or 'RX.' This is the number that you need to track your parcel directly via your national postal service's website (i.e. USPS.com, RoyalMail.com, CanadaPost.ca). Note that you can only track via your national postal service once they have scanned the parcel.

 

What do I do if I receive a 'failed delivery attempt' email?

If you receive a failed delivery attempt notification, you must call your national postal service as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pickup. You will need to provide them with the 'Tracking ID' starting 'LW, 'LX' or 'RX.' As noted above, when you input your 'HKAQA' tracking number into https://dhlecommerce.asia/Track, you will find the 'Tracking ID' on the right hand side of the page. If you do not contact your national postal service within a few days of receiving the notification, the parcel will be returned to DHL. 

 

How do I return/exchange an item?

You can return your item as long as it is returned in the same condition as when you received it, brand new with tags still attached. You can return your item within 90 days from your purchase date to the below address:

 The item I want is sold out or no longer appears?

We are constantly bringing in new styles. If the item you are after has sold out, simply email support@piba-leggings.com and we will let you know if and when we will restock. To receive notification of returning items and new arrivals, you can also 'JOIN CLUB PIBA' on our homepage

 

How do I subscribe?

Enter your email and click 'JOIN CLUB PIBA' on our homepage.

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal and credit/debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard). When the PayPal window opens, scroll down and you will see a Grey button titled 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card.' If you do not have a PayPal account, click on this button to pay by card. If you cannot pay with either PayPal or a debit/credit card, send an email to  support@piba-leggings.com  and we will provide you with bank transfer details.
