Returns

We kindly ask customers to compare their waist and hip measurements against our SIZE GUIDE before purchasing. PIBA will accept a return if the customer is not 100% happy with their purchase. The item must be sent back new, unused and with tags still attached within 90 days.

Notify PIBA of your intended return via email at support@piba-leggings.com. Please note that PIBA does not cover the postal cost associated with returning the item.

Once posted to the below address, notify PIBA of the tracking number.

Once the parcel is received, we will notify you via email and refund you immediately. The total amount that you paid for the goods shall be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account which you used to purchase your PIBA item/s. Note that PIBA cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

 

Refunds & Faulty Items

We have very high quality control standards and each individual item is checked carefully before being dispatched. However, should you receive a faulty item, please follow the below steps. 

1. Email support@piba-leggings.com and attach a clear photo of the fault. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. 

2. Once the item is confirmed faulty, we will arrange to send a replacement or provide you with a full refund.

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your purchase. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. Please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
