What are your sizes like?

Our sizing is very similar to Nike and Adidas. Refer to our SIZE GUIDE for specific measurements. There is a helpful instruction video that shows you exactly how to measure your waist and hips. If you are still not 100% sure which size is best for you, email your measurements through to support@piba-leggings.com and we will help out!


How do I know if my order has gone through?

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an automatic sales confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address that you provided upon checkout.


How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped via DHL from Hong Kong. Delivery to the USA and Australia takes 5-7 business days. Delivery to all other countries takes 8-12 business days, depending on geographic proximity and the reliability of the national postal service. If you would like us to express post your parcel, please send an email to support@piba-leggings.com and we will provide you with a quote. Note that for pre-orders, an expected shipment date is noted at the top of the product page on our website. This is the date that we expect to dispatch your order. Delivery will then take 5-12 business days depending on the destination country.


How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an automatic email containing your DHL tracking number starting 'HKAQA.' If you click on the link in the email, all DHL tracking updates will be displayed.

When you click on the above link and input your tracking number, you will see a 'Tracking ID' on the right hand side of the page that starts with 'LW,' 'LX' or 'RX.' This is the number that you can use to track your parcel directly via your national postal service's website (i.e. USPS, RoyalMail, Australia Post). Note that you can only track via your national postal service once they have scanned your parcel.


What do I do if I receive a 'failed delivery attempt' email?

If you receive a failed delivery attempt notification, you must call your national postal service as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pickup. You will need to provide them with the 'Tracking ID' starting 'LW, 'LX' or 'RX.' As noted above, when you input your 'HKAQA' tracking number into https://dhlecommerce.asia/Track, you will find the 'Tracking ID' on the right hand side of the page. If you do not contact your national postal service within a few days of receiving the notification, the parcel will be returned to DHL.


How do I return/exchange an item?

Items must be returned unused, in brand new condition with the tags still attached. An item can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. We have return addresses available in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and China. Please email support@piba-leggings.com and we will provide you with the return address details. Please refer to our RETURNS POLICY for more information. If you have any questions about our policy, email support@piba-leggings.com and we will help you out!


The item I want is sold out or no longer appears?

If the item you wanted to purchase has sold out, simply email support@piba-leggings.com and we will let you know if and when we will restock it. To receive timely notification of back in stock items and new arrivals, 'JOIN CLUB PIBA' on our website homepage.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal and credit/debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard). When the PayPal window opens, scroll down and you will see a Grey button titled 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card.' If you do not have a PayPal account, click on this button to pay by card. If you cannot pay with either PayPal or a debit/credit card, send an email to support@piba-leggings.com and we can arrange a bank transfer for you.
