What are your sizes like?

Our leggings are true to size. Please refer to the size guide on the product page for detailed measurements. You can also find both the flat lay and on body measurements for PIBA leggings here: SIZE GUIDE. If you are still not 100% sure which size is best for you, email your measurements through to support@piba-leggings.com and we will help out!


How do I know if my order has gone through?

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an automatic sales confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address that you provided upon checkout.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped worldwide from Hong Kong via DHL, USPS, FedEx, TOLL, Aramex, Yodel and many other courier services. Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method. The delivery timeframe for each service will be displayed. For wholesale orders, please email us at support@piba-leggings.com and we will provide you with a quote. Note that for pre-orders, an expected shipment date is noted at the top of the product page on our website. This is the date that we expect to dispatch your order. Delivery will then depend on the shipping method that you choose.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number.

Depending on which shipping service you select, oyu will also be able to track your parcel via your national postal service's website (i.e. USPS, RoyalMail, Australia Post).


What do I do if I receive a 'failed delivery attempt' email?

If you receive a failed delivery attempt notification, you should call your national postal service as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pickup. You will need to provide them with your tracking number. If you do not contact your national postal service within a few days of receiving the notification, the parcel may be returned.


How do I return/exchange an item?

Items must be returned unused, in brand new condition with the tags still attached. An item can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. We have return addresses available in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and China. Please email support@piba-leggings.com and we will provide you with the return address details. The item I want is sold out or no longer appears?

If the item you wanted to purchase has sold out, simply email support@piba-leggings.com and we will let you know if and when we will restock it. To receive timely notification of back in stock items and new arrivals, 'JOIN CLUB PIBA' on our website homepage.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal and credit/debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard). When the PayPal window opens, scroll down and you will see a Grey button titled 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card.' If you do not have a PayPal account, click on this button to pay by card. If you cannot pay with either PayPal or a debit/credit card, send an email to support@piba-leggings.com and we can arrange a bank transfer for you.
